Algebra Lesson 27: Verbal Inequalities

Dec 15, 2025

Hi there! Today I have released the 27th lesson of my Algebra series. In this lesson we conclude the 2nd unit of Algebra on solving equations and inequalities, by learning about verbal inequalities!

In particular, you will learn:

  1. Words & phrases that refer to inequality signs
  2. How to translate sentences into inequalities
  3. How to solve word problems involving basic inequalities

I hope you find this new Algebra lesson to be helpful!

Side Note: This will be the last new lesson video for 2025, and it is also the last new Algebra lesson for the foreseeable future. In 2026 I plan on taking a hiatus from Algebra videos to fully focus on Calculus 3 videos and finally finish that course.

I started Calc 3 in late 2023 and have slowly been working through it the past 2 years, but now it's time to put my full attention on it and finally finish the series. Once Calc 3 is completed, I do intend on coming back to Algebra before eventually starting a new higher-level course. Thank you for your continued patience as I keep working on new videos :)

With that, this will be my last blog post for 2025. I will be taking my annual Christmas/New Year break to refresh and prepare things for the new year. So I will see you in mid-late January!

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

-Josh
